The ACHRC emphasizes cooperation with various local and international organizations, state and local self-government bodies/institutions, and mass media, firmly believing that collaboration is an effective way to address societal issues.

Since December 2002, the ACHRC has been accredited by the United Nations Department of Public Information. The ACHRC is a member of several local and international networks. Since 2007, it has been granted special consultative status with the UN Economic and Social Council.

Since 2008, the ACHRC has been a member of the NGO Conference (CoNGO).
