Founded in June 1988 in Vanadzor. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia on September 13, 1995.
The vision is a world living in love and tolerance, where the law and justice given from above reign.
The mission is to contribute to the development of the legal culture of society in through scientific activities, education, dissemination of information and propaganda.
During its quarter-century of activity, it has implemented more than 100 large and small projects worth more than 1 million US dollars.
