The ACRPC Strategic Plan for 2019-2022 was developed on January 19, 2019, with the participation of ACRPC members, graduates of the Human Rights and Peace International School (HRPIS), specialists of the National Institute of Education of the Ministry of Education and Science and Department of Education, Culture and Sport of the Lori Regional Administration.

At the beginning of the workshop Mr. Gevork Manoukian, ACRPC President, reported on the implementation of 2011-2015 ACRPC Strategic Plan and on 2016-2018 activities and answered to the questions.

Then, with the request of Mr. Ashot Hakobyan, ACRPC Presidium member, facilitator of the workshop, the participants were divided into three working groups, where discussed and revised the ACRPC vision and mission, that were developed around two decades ago.

After the lunch, the groups started the elaboration of the strategic directions and corresponding tactics / steps, presented their suggestions and tried to substantiate them in general discussions.


The elaborated Draft was sent to all participants, for their remarks. Based on the received corrections and suggestions, the Draft was proofreded and approved by the General Assembly of ACRPC.


ACRPC new Strategic Plan foresees for the next four years to provide national and international human rights and peace courses, development of human rights virtual library and scientific and popular publications.
