In its 2003-2006 Strategic Plan, ACRPC planned to publish a periodical which would differ from its other publication, the review For the Sake of Justice. This came after the request from a number of Armenian citizens for a legal periodical after For the Sake of Justice evolved from rights protection to legal sciences, but one that was accessible for the public.
At the end of 2005, with the support of the UN Development Programme, the first issue of Legal Culture newspaper was published.

Since January 2007, the newspaper has been published through financial support from the Delegation of the European Commission to Georgia and Armenia, within the framework of “Human Rights Education and Public Information for Legal Culture Development in the Republic of Armenia” project.
